Organization theory is a modern theory of the firm which states that the goals and activities of a firm are the results of its organizational structure. Do, it an anthropology team that flattens some business that we called a formal organization, a social unit that voluntary designed or built to achieve an exact objective. As we all know that organization is elements that related with each other, so we can see that there are 3 way to test the relation between the organization, 3 from the essential of major theory school and the vision of the organization :

1. The classical school.
That asks for work separation and the number of the authority, the number of the member in each level and the specification of their each function. This theory emphasize almost all over the design and the structure of am organization, not the member. The first set is the outline of the organization. In the World War 1, this classic theory improved from the movement of science management. Where all the people been explained in rational creatures. The easiest economy is being motivated to work with a bonus system or something like that. All the science managers believe that the workers can be productive in improving the efficiency level to the max if they are being motivated enough with money. The classical theory is concerned almost entirely with the design and structure of organizations, not whit people. Classical theory evolved from the scientific management movement in which, man was described as a rational, economic being who can best be motivated to work as piecework systems, bonus systems, and cost-figuring systems.

2. The human relations.
That asks the social needs and psychological needs of the members, are there any informal group in that particular organization, which role that the member do for the organization. The human relations theory of organization asks such question as the following: what roles do people assume in the organization? What status relationship results from the various roles? What social and psychological needs do the people have?

3. The third school of thought.
That emphasize social system and the relation between divisions in particular organization. In this case, it asks that what is the key of an organization how is the dependence between each member. What is the relation of the organization with its environment? This theory is concerned with social systems and emphasizes the relationship of the parts to the whole organization. Commonly, questions asked by this approach: What are the key parts of the organization? How do they relate interdependently to each other? What processes in the organization facilitate these interdependent relationships? What are the main goals of the organization?
