These are some great advices for me.
Better you take your seat, read carefully and do it!:)


Health:
1. Drink plenty of water.

2. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.

3. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.

4. Play more games.
5. Sleep for 8 hours/day.
6. Try to be a positive thinker.
7. Take a 10-30 minutes walk or jogging every day! while you walk, smile.
8. Play with your pet.





Personality:
1. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
2. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
3. Dream more while you are awake.
4. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
5. Don't remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
6. Don't hate others, bcause life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
7. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like mathematics class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
8. Smile and laugh more, it makes u look better :)
9. You don't have to win every argument.







Society:
1. Call your family often.
2. Give something goods to others as often as possible.
3. Forgive everyone for everything.
4. Try to make at least 3 people around u to smile each day.
5. Spend your time more with your dad n mom, bcause u'll never know when they will gone.
6. Give your hand to people with age above 60 and under 10.
7. Your school/job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch..



Life:
1. Do the right thing!
2. Believe that GOD can heals everything.
3. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
4. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
5. The best is yet to come.
6. When you awake alive in the morning, thank GOD for it.
7. Your Inner most is always happy.


So, be happy!
